POSITION: Corporate Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include multi-unit supervision, marketing, assistance and staff development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We're seeking an ambitious, success-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years current experience in multi-site supervision. This position
supervises the day-to-day functions of Pizza Pro restaurants to ensure that high quality products and service are delivered to our customers
and sales and financial goals are met. You are accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining great team members and increasing
restaurant sales and market share. As well you must be able to analyze financial statements and have strong cash management skills.

POSITION: General Manager ( Central Arkansas )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Fully responsible for the profitability of a store.
· Implement programs that drive sales and average ticket.
· Properly staff stores to best utilize labor dollars.
· Ensure all areas of training are completed and that team members are equipped to resolve all customer issues
· Maintain proper product inventory levels and monitor expiration dates
· Respond to customer complaints in a quick and positive manner
· Maintain effective communication at all times
· Ensure store is properly staffed and team members are fully trained
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven experience in managing store operations
· Result and task oriented
· Valid drivers' license and reliable means of transportation
· Excellent communication and motivation skills
· High School diploma or GED
· Completion of assistant manager training program
· Be able to work in a fast pace environment with endurance, energy, and excitement
• Basic accounting and cash management knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good quality work history
• 2 years successful restaurant management experience
• Must be capable of working at least 50 hours per week (including nights and weekends)
• Live or be willing to move to the local area where the store is located
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of a background check and drug screen

POSITION: Assistant Manager / Shift Leader ( Central Arkansas )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in building sales to meet company goals
· Manage all costs in General Manager's absence
· Provide excellent customer service
· Assist in enforcing Safety and Security standards
· Uphold policies and standards
· Assist in maintaining a properly staffed store
· Assist in providing training to team members
· Enforce product quality standards at all times
QUALIFICATION:
· High School diploma or GED
· Valid drivers' license and reliable means of transportation
· Excellent communication and motivation skills
· Satisfactory MVR
· Result and task oriented

POSITION: Delivery Driver ( Central Arkansas )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver orders to customers in and timely manner
• Obey all traffic laws and posted signs while in vehicle.
• Walk order to customer's residence or place of business and hand order to them.
• Collect payment and deposit money at store at end of delivery.
• Keep car clean and odor free during shift.
• Be able to remain smoke free during shift.
QUALIFICATION:
• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Be over 18 and have been driving for over 2 years
• Have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Be able to sit and stand constantly during shift (up to 9 hours)
